Owen Park

Owen practices primarily in the areas of family law and estates, while also assisting clients with real estate and estate planning matters. In his family law practice, he prioritizes a cooperative approach that takes into account each family’s unique circumstances and needs. Owen routinely assists clients going through both low and high conflict separations,  and strives to help clients find creative and workable solutions for their families.

While in Law School, Owen acted as the president of the Health and Elder Law Group, and he takes a particular interest in helping clients to navigate the unique legal challenges that often face the elderly population and their caregivers. Owen has experience counseling clients with respect to wills, powers of attorney, committeeship applications and health care directives.
