Monica Adeler

 I completed a law degree at the University of Manitoba in 2018. Since graduating, I have been working as a lawyer in the City of Winnipeg. Previously I was an academic at the University of Winnipeg teaching at the Business School, but I turned to the practice of law to help people navigate the complexities of the legal system. Having lived in various countries has given me the ability to understand different cultures and assist clients in grasping legal concepts and institutions in different languages. 

My practice focuses primarily on corporate commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, wills, powers of attorney and family law. I provide legal services in English and Spanish (I am a fluent Spanish speaking lawyer). I can communicate in Portuguese and German. 

Estudie abogacia en la Universidad de Manitoba. Desde mi graduacion, he estado trabajando como abogada en la Ciudad de Winnipeg. Previamente fui profesora academica en la Universidad de Winnipeg pero cambie a la practica del derecho para ayudar a la gente a navegar las complejidades del Sistema legal. He vivido en varios paises, lo que me ha dado la habilidad de entender culturas diferentes y asistir a los clientes en el entendimiento de conceptos legales e instituciones en diferentes idiomas.

Mi practica de la abogacia se enfoca primeramente en derecho mercantil, de empresa, bienes raices residenciales y comerciales, testamentos, poderes y derecho de familia. Doy servicios legales en ingles y en español. Tambien puedo comunicarme en portugues y aleman.
