Kendra Goertzen

 Kendra was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2006 and practices primarily in the areas of family law,  and child protection. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most challenging transitions with practical advice, clear communication, and compassionate support.

As a member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba, Kendra appreciates the value of resolving disputes respectfully and efficiently whenever possible. However, with significant court experience, she also understands that some matters require strong advocacy and a focused litigation strategy. Kendra works with clients to determine the approach that best aligns with their circumstances, whether that involves negotiation, collaborative processes, or court proceedings.

Kendra is committed to promoting access to justice and accepts Legal Aid  certificates. She also serves on the Legal Aid Manitoba Management Council, contributing to the governance and ongoing development of legal aid services throughout Manitoba.

Outside of her legal practice, Kendra is an avid distance runner and marathoner. She enjoys travelling, practising yoga and spending time with friends and family,
