Tiana Romeo

Tiana graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 2023. Following graduation, Tiana articled with Taylor McCaffrey LLP. During her articles, she gained valuable experience in residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and administration, and business law. The diverse work she undertook taught her that no two transactions are alike, as clients have unique priorities and needs. This realization fuels Tiana's commitment to truly understanding her clients and providing personalized advice and solutions tailored to their situations. While client needs vary, Tiana strongly believes in providing timely communication and high-quality legal services to all. 

While Tiana will continue to provide real estate and estate planning services, she is focusing on expanding Amica Law's business law practice. Tiana is particularly passionate about working with small to medium-sized businesses that are just starting up or need ongoing support to manage or expand their business. She finds it rewarding to be a point of reference and guide for business owners, helping to educate clients along their business journey and setting them up for long-term success. 

Tiana understands the uncertainty that comes with buying or selling property, planning for life's eventualities, or starting and managing a business. To alleviate any additional stress, she provides transparent, flat-rate services to ensure clients are never left uncertain about their legal fees. 

In addition to her legal practice, Tiana currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Manitoba Bar Association Women Lawyers Forum, where she actively contributes to the advancement and support of women in the legal profession.
